4EXPORT Curriculum Programme (IO2) is ready for you to test it!

The partnership has begun working on our second product, a Curriculum Programme aiming to help in-company trainers learn the main skills necessary to do a good job when working with their future trainees. The Programme has mainly focused on:

1. The specific dimension for internationalisation activities, and how the in-company tutor role needs to be adapted.
2. Ways for effectively interaction between in-company trainees and apprentices
3. Ways for effectively cooperation with training institution or employment agencies, in order to promote apprenticeship programmes.
4. National priorities (for example: best practices in production, web analytics, financial resources, public funding opportunities, measures or legislation framework, specific measure to support internationalisation).
5. The Europass Mobility document

Now that the Curriculum is ready, the project has begun testing it with the main target groups, to make sure it is effective and useful. If you are interested in testing the Programme, do not hesitate to contact your national organization!
