VET Database

The following document serves as guidelines for the delivery of the VET Database to be created as part of the 4EXPORT IO2 activities.

Although this activity was not initially planned as part of the 4EXPORT proposal, the consortium came to the conclusion that the creation of a VET database would be a source of additional value for the project. More concretely, the following database will be filled with VET centres offering courses related to the project main areas (internationalisation, business management, entrepreneurship), in which internships are offered to their students. This way, those companies interested in starting an internship relation with VET students will have the chance of finding suitable VET centres in their country who offer the education that the company later on requests on their workers.

This database is seen as a potential source of connection and networking among companies and VET centres, both at national and European level. It also aims to boost the interest of companies in becoming receiving institutions, by providing information of sending institutions that are in line with their aims. The final database will be available in the 4EXPORT website.
