1. Research Study and Analysis on apprenticeship schemes in Europe, specific needs of interdisciplinary apprenticeship in countries, and role of in-company tutor

An analysis of policies, strategies, and good practices regarding interdisciplinary apprenticeship programmes across EU, aiming at boosting internationalisation activities, along with a documentation of knowledge and competences that in-company tutors, implementing apprenticeship programmes should have.

2. Curriculum Programme for the in-company tutors, for upgrading internationalisation

A curriculum programme aiming at equipping in-company tutors with the right skills and competences for managing and delivering successful – high-quality training activities.

The course consists of 4 practice-oriented modules and an introductory module:
Module 0: INTRODUCTION
Module 1: STRUCTURING THE TRAINING
Module 2: GENERIC COMPETENCES FOR TUTORS
Module 3: SPECIFIC COMPETENCES
Module 4: COMPETENCES FOR ASSESSMENT

3. Interactive Web Platform

The Interactive Web Platform consists of sets of best practice and case studies presented on an interactive map so that users can enjoy and easily use the knowledge available in them.

4. Self-Directed Learning Guide

A guide which will work as a main tool for assisting in-company tutors using project products effectively. It will include guidelines on how to use the materials produced, as well as activities and assessment tools to help the in-company tutors self-assess, track and improve their skills.
