Time-bound  (When?, What can I do six months from now?, What can I do six weeks from
now?, What can I do today?)

An example that can be used in a workspace environment:

Specific Assign an apprentice with a task relevant to their knowledge and skills

Measurable Measure the task by its results

Achievable It shouldn’t be too hard or too easy for the apprentice

Relevant The task should be created based on company’s internationalization needs

Time-bound Set a realistic deadline, or milestones.

 Practice silence and watch how it affects your interlocutor.

 Give the chance to other persons to express their thoughts and feelings.

 Take time to process the information before answering
