ACTIVITY 1. COMMUNICATION IN THE DIGITAL WORLD
COVID-19 has changed the way many areas work. More and more people are working from
home. This is particularly difficult for proper support of the in-company tutor - apprentice
relationship. Think about what you need to have and what you need to eliminate in order to
be able to carry out the communication process efficiently. In this exercise, pay particular
attention to 3 elements of a successful communication process: channel, noise, feedback.
