Use the 5xWHY method to effectively define the problem to make sure you focus on the right
issue. Then use the diagram to find its causes and solve the problem. After some time, try to
describe the pros and cons of using this method. When did it work and when did it turn out
to be a waste of time? Maybe there are problems that only require the 5xWHY method to
