In the following exercise, you should create a set of rules to maintain a positive environment,
which should be accomplished in your relationship with the apprentice. You should set
between 5 and 10 rules. When creating them, be aware that these rules should not only
demand something from the apprentice, you should also do some concessions; for example,
it is not enough to say, “being punctual”; you should also ask yourself to “deliver feedback in
time and with a positive language”. Some example areas where you can think of are:
communication, respect, valuing feedback…
